I love this song (and I've heard so many great covers) but these guys killed it - and, unfortunately, I don't mean it in a complimentary way. First time I've given any performer(s) a thumbs down on RUclips. Awful version and mediocre voices. Sorry! I'm not taking pleasure in doing this. Maybe I like and respect the song and its sentiment too much...

What a great combo with Reed as a jazz drummer, Elise as a top 5 finalist and the others with their great vocals. What a fantastic group. Loved hearing Steven Tyler compliment their performance. My all time favorite American Idol tune.

I think this may be better than Muenchener Freiheit's original! I once saw Freiheit live at a street festival somewhere in what was once East Germany. Might have been in Weimar,or perhaps Aschersleben I forget! But this version is nearly as good!
